These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 777jays website, mobile interface, and all services provided thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 777jays and is made available to eligible players in Bangladesh. By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

777jays reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 777jays Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

The 777jays Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any automated access, scraping, data harvesting, mirroring, or commercial exploitation of the Platform's content or services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To access the full range of services on 777jays — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and virtual sports — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals residing in Bangladesh who are aged 18 years or above.

Registration Requirements

When creating a 777jays account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name — as it appears on your national ID card (NID) or passport.
• Date of birth — confirming you are aged 18 or above.
• Valid mobile number — a Bangladesh-registered SIM (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel) capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Email address — a working email address for account communications.
• Preferred payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank card, or bank transfer details for deposits and withdrawals.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment account — you must update your profile promptly. 777jays reserves the right to suspend accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

Account Verification (KYC)

777jays may at any time request identity verification documents from registered players. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement. Players may be asked to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator bill issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account registered to the same name as the 777jays account).

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 777jays will process verification documents within five business days of receipt. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of request may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777jays login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 777jays will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support@777jays immediately. Any activity conducted through your account prior to a reported security breach remains your responsibility.

The 777jays platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or play any game on 777jays. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players in Bangladesh without exception.

By registering on 777jays, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further confirm that you are not registering on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any individual under the age of 18. If it is discovered at any time that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The account will be permanently closed without prior notice.
• All deposits made by the underage player will be refunded to the original payment source, less any winnings derived from those deposits.
• Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.
• The incident may be reported to relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

777jays employs age verification checks at registration and during the KYC process. Players who cannot confirm their age through the provided verification methods will not be permitted to deposit or withdraw funds. We also recommend that adults sharing devices with minors make use of parental control software to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms.

All financial transactions on 777jays are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following terms govern all financial activity on the Platform.

Deposits

777jays accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 777jays, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 777jays wallet within seconds. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours and up to four hours outside BST business hours. If a deposit is not credited within these timeframes, contact support@777jays with your transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered 777jays account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed, and the 777jays account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

777jays reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing.

777jays offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, and to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully verified 777jays account. Players who have self-excluded or who are under active account review are not eligible to claim bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus offered by 777jays is subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Minimum Odds / Game Restrictions: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, minimum qualifying odds may apply. Where a bonus applies to casino games, certain game categories (e.g., live casino tables) may be excluded from wagering contribution. Specific restrictions are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses not wagered within the stated period will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: 777jays monitors bonus usage for abuse patterns, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated bonus farming, and multi-accounting. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonuses voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and virtual sports wagers placed on the 777jays Platform. For casino game rules (slots, live casino, crash games, and instant-win titles), the rules of each individual game govern play as set out by the respective game provider.

Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the 777jays system. Bets placed but not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, session timeouts, or system errors — are not valid and no funds will be deducted. If you are uncertain whether a bet has been placed, check your bet history in your account before placing the wager again.

Bet Settlement

All bets on 777jays are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event, as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a discrepancy between the official result and the result used for settlement, 777jays will re-settle affected bets using the official result. Players will be notified of any re-settlement by account notification.

Cancelled & Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's wallet in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled or postponed without being rescheduled within 48 hours.
• The bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error by 777jays.
• The governing body declares the result invalid or orders a rematch.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, war) prevent the completion of the event.

Maximum Winnings

777jays reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or accumulators. Where a maximum payout applies, it will be displayed at the time of bet placement. Any winnings calculated above the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount. This policy is in place to protect the long-term integrity of the platform's payout capacity.

Responsible Betting

Betting should always be approached as entertainment. 777jays strongly encourages all players to set personal stake limits and to use the deposit limit and session reminder tools available in their account dashboard. By using the 777jays Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Failure to meet these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action where applicable.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. You must not impersonate another individual or provide false identification documents during the KYC process.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on 777jays. If you have previously held an account that was closed — whether by you or by 777jays — you must declare this during re-registration.
• Own Funds Only: You agree that all funds deposited into your 777jays wallet are your own legally obtained money. You must not deposit funds on behalf of, or using the payment credentials of, any third party.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity on the Platform, including but not limited to: use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, exploitation of software bugs or pricing errors, and collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• No Automated Tools: You agree not to use bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any other software tool to interact with the 777jays Platform in an automated manner. All activity on the Platform must be conducted personally by the registered account holder.
• Lawful Use Only: You agree to use the 777jays Platform only for lawful recreational purposes. You must not use the Platform for money laundering, tax evasion, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Respectful Conduct: In any communication with 777jays support staff, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at support staff will result in immediate account suspension.

Both the player and 777jays have the right to close a registered account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 777jays account at any time by contacting support@777jays. Upon receiving a closure request, 777jays will process it within five business days. Any remaining balance in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel your gambling is becoming problematic — please request a self-exclusion rather than a standard closure. Closure by 777jays

777jays reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The player is found to hold more than one account on the Platform.
• The player is found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The player has violated any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• 777jays is required to close the account by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed by 777jays due to a Terms violation, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Players will be notified of account closure and the reason for it at their registered email address, except in cases where notification would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 777jays — the following consequences apply:

• All active bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal settlement rules. Winnings from settled bets will be included in the final balance calculation.
• Any unclaimed bonuses or bonus funds will be forfeited immediately upon closure.
• Your personal data will be retained by 777jays for the minimum period required under applicable data protection and anti-money laundering obligations. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
• Re-registration after a voluntary closure is permitted after a cooling-off period of 24 hours, unless the original closure was a self-exclusion or was initiated by 777jays for a Terms violation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777jays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from network outages, payment provider delays, software errors, or decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform.

777jays makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure basis at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to the Platform. 777jays will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where operationally feasible.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 777jays in respect of your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version for interpretation purposes. Any translation provided for convenience shall not be relied upon for legal interpretation.
